• Children's Below the Age of 5 years will be treated as Complimentary
• Children's above the Age of 5 Years will be charged.

• If the cancellation is made before 7 clear days from the date of check in, 80% amount of the total Payment will be refunded to the party and 20% will be retention charges.
• If the cancellation is made before 4-6 clear days from the date of check in, 50% amount of the total payment will be refunded and 50% will be retention charges.
• If the cancellation information is received in less than 4 clear days from the date of check in, No refund is offered.
